Surveyors are the face of AGPAL's accreditation program for general practice in Australia. As professional peers, surveyors have a unique opportunity to promote improved practice in general practice while developing their own professional skills and gaining a unique insight into the diverse contexts of general practice nationally.

Surveyors play an integral role in the AGPAL accreditation process, visiting practices to deliver the peer assessment component of the accreditation process. Peer assessment aims to assist practices in providing a high level of quality and the safest outcomes for patients.
