While our core business is the delivery of accreditation services, we are committed to quality in the broader sense. Our role is also to provide resources and assistance to general practices to make quality improvement and accreditation uncomplicated.

To ensure practices are well prepared and resourced when undertaking their accreditation, AGPAL prides itself on providing essential tools and educational material for clients to utilise. These resources assist practices in undertaking quality improvement and in delivering a higher standard of primary health care services to the Australian community.

AGPAL provides the following resources to clients to assist them in achieving their practice’s accreditation:

• AccreditationPro, AGPALs web-based accreditation tool, streamlines accreditation preparation and delivery. It minimises preparation time, and includes easy links to resources to assist with quality improvement and provides quantitative benchmarks against which individual practices can measure their performance. AccreditationPro is available to all AGPAL clients.
• AGPALs online resource centre QbAY, offers clients access to a library of information, including, fact sheets, templates, policies and procedure resources, and guides and links to relevant websites to assist practices in achieving accreditation.
• AGPAL, in partnership with ThinkGP – Australia’s leading provider of online education solutions for health care professionals - provides online learning modules for general practice and Divisions of General Practice teams. Education modules are available complimentary to all AGPAL clients, 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
