All completed entry forms will be entered into the draw to win one of two virtual mentoring sessions with Gary Smith AM, along with five copies of his essential book, "Principles of Healthcare Practice Management".
By entering this competition, you are confirming you agree to share your best practice management or accreditation tip via a photo or video on camera.
By entering this competition, you provide AGPAL/QIP with permission to contact you to seek your interest in their product/service offerings.
Entrants can submit multiple entries but are only eligible to win one of the prizes over the course of the 2024 AAPM National Conference.
Three (3) winners of Gary Smith AM's practice management book will be randomly drawn on Wednesday 16 October 2024, Thursday 17 October 2024 and Friday 18 October 2024 of the conference. The two (2) winners of the mentoring sessions with Gary Smith AM will be announced on Tuesday 22 October 2024.
AGPAL/QIP will contact the winners via phone to inform them of the associated details and will also be announced on our social media channels.
By participating in this competition and if randomly selected as the competition winner, you agree that AGPAL/QIP may photograph and/or video you and/or your property and use the tip for the purpose of publications and promotional activities such as, but not limited to e-bulletins, social media platforms, websites, presentations, conferences, brochures and marketing collateral.
