*AGPAL GP25 Competition – Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter - The promoter is Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL) (ABN: 60 077 562 406), located at Hub A, 56 Edmondstone Road, Bowen Hills QLD 4006.
  2. Eligibility - Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the AGPAL Group of Companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  3. How to Enter - Entry is free and no purchase is required. To enter, visit the AGPAL stand at the GP25 Conference (14 – 16 November 2025) and complete the entry form, including your contact details and your answer to the question: “What’s your best accreditation or quality improvement tip?”. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted on behalf of another person will be deemed invalid.
  4. Competition Period - The competition will run for the duration of the GP25 conference, and opens at 9:00 am on Friday 14 November 2025 and closes at 4:00 pm on Sunday 16 November 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
  5. Prize - There is one (1) prize consisting of a Flight Centre travel voucher valued at AUD $500. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prize is subject to the Flight Centre voucher terms and conditions.
  6. Winner Selection - One (1) winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries on Monday 17 November 2025 at the offices of AGPAL, Bowen Hills QLD. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning. The draw will be conducted in accordance with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld) and associated Regulations. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact details provided on their entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, another winner will be randomly drawn and notified in the same manner.
  7. Use of Entries and Publicity - By entering, you agree that AGPAL may: share your response to the competition question (“What’s your best accreditation or quality improvement tip?”), whether or not you are the winner; and contact you to provide information about AGPAL’ products or services. If selected as the winner, you consent to AGPAL publishing your name, image and/or “top tip for improving patient experience” on AGPAL website, e-bulletins, social media, and promotional materials without further payment.
  8. Privacy - Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this competition and related promotional communications, in accordance with AGPAL’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  9. Liability - To the extent permitted by law, AGPAL and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. AGPAL is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, communications delays or lost entries.
  10. General Conditions - AGPAL may verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts fraudulently. AGPAL reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances occur. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
  11. Regulatory Statement - This competition is a free-entry promotional game conducted under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld). A licence is not required.
