Our commitment to continuous quality improvement

AGPAL, accreditation, and the general practice sector have come a long way in the last two decades. Great advances in safety, and improvements in service delivery and the overall quality of care within general practices and Aboriginal Medical Services across the nation have contributed to improved health outcomes for all Australians.

As with the progress of the general practice sector, we too are constantly improving to enhance our service provision, systems and processes, and client offerings to deliver trusted quality.

Here at AGPAL, we’re passionate about continuous quality improvement, and it’s something we strive to implement on a daily basis. This process allows us to find ways to constantly progress and better what we do, for our clients, surveyors, and stakeholders.

In keeping with our quality improvement initiatives and commitment to the development of a better AGPAL client experience, the AGPAL Team is excited to announce our refreshed logo and updated branding. Over the past year or so we have implemented brighter colours and updated designs on a number of our communications, tools, and resources.

To add to these updates, we’ve now officially launched our new logo which you’ll see across our refreshed website and throughout AGPAL marketing materials, communications and other documentation. With a fresh look and feel, we aim to keep up with the ever-changing and always innovating, healthcare sector.

Having accredited thousands of practices across every state and territory for over 22 years, we’ve decided to stay true to our brand while giving it a simple makeover. Our accreditation services, client benefits and personalised support will continue as we constantly strive to improve upon these offerings to ensure your experience with AGPAL is a positive one, now and into the future.
